A young patient with a forearm fracture came to our office in pain, after being splinted elsewhere with the fracture still not aligned properly (left). They left soon after, smiling after a new cast was applied with better alignment noted (right). After a few weeks, the fracture had healed nicely and the patient was able to return to regular activities.
