Zone II Tendon Repair With Modern Techniques

A patient came to our office with a tendon laceration in Zone II. These used to be considered devastating injuries, leading to severe stiffness and significant loss of function. Modern repair techniques allow patients to recover much better than would be expected, and with the help of a hand therapist, this patient's hand function was restored and they were back to full activity at only four months.
